Howto install primeminer on centos [tutorial]
« on: October 20, 2013, 02:54:49 am »
After much difficulty and 3 days searching I finally got primeminer to compile on centos.
It would be so much easier if the author made a configure file, or didn't use so many libraries
Or, even better they didnt put broken code on their git repo, OR they made official
Documentation of how to compile their code.....

anyway, I wrote a bash script that Not only downloads all the stuff you need to compile
Primeminer, it actually works. Yes, no headache. No loads of typing, no searching random threads, just a simple auto install script.

1) wget http://gigehosting.com/install_primeminer.sh
2) sh Install_primeminer.sh
3) installed to /usr/local/bin/primeminer
